1. Additional RM50/apartment/night is chargeable during public holiday and school holiday. 
2. RM30/mattress is applicable for additional mattress on floor request.
3. Additional breakfast: Adult @ RM20/pax/day and Children @ RM12/pax/day.
4. Check-in time: 2.00pm onwards (subject to the availability of the room).
5. Check-out time: 12.00pm.
6. The special rate given by Sumai is also applicable for early check-in before the conference or extended stay after the conference. The booking MUST BE continuous without any check out in between. 
7. The person who place the booking is required to find his/her own apartment-mate.
